If you're not fully satisfied with a game or membership, we offer a 14-day refund policy for all digital game purchases, provided the game hasn’t been accessed or downloaded. For memberships, a full refund is available within the first 7 days of purchase. After that, we offer a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the membership. Please note that rental fees for physical games are non-refundable once the game has been checked out.
